135 years – that’s the amount of years of service that a total of nine employees celebrated at GK Grünenfelder last year alone. “That is no longer a matter of fact these days,” emphasises CEO Philippe Köppel. “Every anniversary is something special for us and a sign that our employees enjoy working at GK Grünenfelder.”
With 40 years of service, Albert Grünenfelder is the record holder among the jubilarians. The passion for vehicle construction was already passed on to the son of the company’s founder. Today’s CFO started his GK career at the age of 16 as a vehicle fitter apprentice and is still active in the family business after four decades with a great deal of heart and commitment.
