Thanks to our modular production system, we can manufacture the chassis, trailer subframes and platforms, and trailer bodies for all units completely in-house, in a wide variety of designs.
Every customer has their own needs: GK Grünenfelder projects, designs and produces every body, trailer and special construction according to your wishes. We have been involved in vehicle construction for decades. Customer satisfaction has always been our top priority. We respond to individual customer wishes, advise and accompany our customers from the initial project planning to the delivery of the product.
The individual parts or assemblies for vehicle construction can be processed with our welding robot. Our specialists weld smaller components manually. All individual parts are then hot-dip galvanised.
The large amount of work we do ourselves allows us a high level of flexibility and the ability to accommodate all of our customers’ wishes. Even complex elements such as the easy-to-operate support feet or the sliding doors are manufactured entirely in Kriessern. The majority of the galvanised parts are assembled using a special bolting technique. This technique guarantees maximum strength and process reliability. The modular production method also speeds up the production process and enables optimum corrosion protection. We work according to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard and ensure the quality of our products through clear processes, documentation and controls. We attach great importance to the selection of high-quality materials and their precise processing. This is how we ensure a long service life for our products.
