Starting in the summer of 2027, we are offering two apprenticeship positions for automotive mechanics (EFZ) at our headquarters in Kriessern.
Information on training
The training program lasts four years and offers an interesting field of work involving trailers, bodywork, semi-trailers, and specialty vehicles. Automotive mechanics work with a variety of materials. They shape profiles and tubes into the desired form and weld components together to form complex assemblies.
Automotive mechanics use blueprints to assemble the basic frame of a vehicle, install pre-fabricated parts, and assemble them into complete commercial vehicles. Their responsibilities also include working on a vehicle’s hydraulic and electrical systems. Completing an apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic offers many opportunities for career development and continuing education in technical fields.
