Team Leader, Chassis Construction, Full-Time (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
- Management and coordination of the chassis construction team (approx. 3–5 employees)
- Daily Scheduling and Capacity Management in Chassis Assembly
- Responsibility for meeting deadlines and ensuring quality control of semi-finished products
- Hands-on work in the workshop—you’re right in the thick of things
- Liaison between chassis manufacturing, production management, and downstream assembly areas
- Supporting, developing, and motivating team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
What you bring to the table
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as an automotive mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or similar
- Experience in the field of commercial vehicles, vehicle manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
- Previous leadership experience is a plus—career changers with team leadership experience are welcome
- Assertiveness, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to quality
- An independent, solution-oriented individual with a team spirit
- A Class C truck driver's license is a plus
