Team Leader, Assembly of General Cargo Vehicles, Full-Time (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Kriessern, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team immediately
Your Responsibilities at Our Modern Company
- Professional and disciplinary supervision of 2–3 employees
- Schedule – Workforce Planning
- Coordination of material flow for the area of responsibility in collaboration with Supply Chain
- Active participation in the team (approx. 60%), including the assembly and installation of components up to and including complete vehicles
- Conducting final inspections and quality controls
- Helping to improve our manufacturing processes
- Regular weekly reports to the division manager
For these varied tasks, you’ll need
- Basic Training in Mechanics and Trades
- Proven leadership experience in a production environment
- A structured approach to work and organizational skills
- Communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong commitment to quality
