The future starts here – with Young Tec Fun and SchuWi Rheintal

This year, as part of the Young Tec Fun program and in collaboration with SchuWi Rheintal, we were once again delighted to welcome a curious class of students from Widnau.

The students gained fascinating insights into the world of technology and were able to experience the operations firsthand. The focus was on one thing above all else: trying things out for themselves instead of just watching.

In our welding shop, the experience was both practical and creative. The children got to weld their own flower, spray-paint a picture, and gain their first hands-on experience with craftsmanship. Another special highlight was the truck ride—an experience that was a real highlight of the day for many.

Through initiatives like these, we aim to spark an early interest in technical careers among young people and show them just how diverse and exciting working in industry can be. Together with SchuWi Rheintal, we are helping to bridge the gap between school and the professional world and create opportunities for the future.
