2-axle chassis as the basis for tipping semi-trailers

On behalf of Mbk Fahrzeugbau AG, we developed and manufactured robust 2-axle semi-trailer chassis, which are used as semi-finished products for further processing into tipper semi-trailers. The project underlines our expertise in contract engineering and the precise implementation of system production; from the design phase through to delivery ready for assembly.

Each component was precisely matched to the subsequent body work and system connections. The chassis is designed for a gross vehicle weight of 35 tons, an axle load of 20 tons (power unit) and a fifth-wheel load of 15 tons. Two king-pin positions enable flexible weight distribution, ideal for use with 2- or 3-axle towing vehicles.
