Technically precise cooling structure with double zone system

For Pistor AG, we realized a highly complex, technically precise refrigerated superstructure comprising two separate cooling zones. A longitudinal, rigid partition wall enables the simultaneous transportation of frozen and fresh goods in separate temperature zones.

The deep-freeze section is also equipped with an infinitely adjustable cross partition, while high-quality isothermal materials ensure optimum compliance with the specified K values. In the fresh produce section, flexibly movable, three-part refrigeration curtains are used to minimize temperature losses during loading and unloading.

Unloading can be carried out both via the hydraulic lifting platform and via side doors. Numerous airline rails in the floor and ceiling ensure reliable load securing in accordance with regulations, which is a top priority at Pistor AG.

A rigid, permanently installed cooling curtain at the rear ensures optimum temperature stability.

This is complemented by a thermally insulating sandwich partition wall. The partition can be folded up and moved forwards and backwards.

Round locking bars in combination with recessed airline rails are used for optimum load securing. These offer maximum flexibility and enable the load to be secured securely and in accordance with regulations.
